Installation and precautions of buried lamp
1) Before installing the buried lamp, the power supply must be cut off first. This is the first step of all electrical equipment installation and the basis of safe operation.
2) Before the installation of buried lamps, all kinds of parts and components used for lamps should be arranged first. Buried LED lamps are special landscape LED lamps buried underground. It is very troublesome to re-install them once they are installed with less parts. So it should be ready before installation.
3) Before installing the buried lamp, a hole should be dug according to the shape of the embedded parts, and then the embedded parts should be fixed with concrete. The embedded parts play a role in isolating the main body of the LED buried lamp from the soil, and can ensure the service life of the LED buried lamp.
In addition, before the LED buried lamp is installed, an IP67 or IP68 wiring device should be provided for connecting the external power input with the power cord of the lamp body. Moreover, the power cord of LED buried lamp requires waterproof power cord certified by VDE to ensure the service life of LED buried lamp.
Preparation before installation
1) First, sort out all kinds of components used for lamps and lanterns.
2) The power supply must be cut off before installation.
3) Dig a hole according to the shape of the embedded parts first, and then fix the embedded parts with concrete.
4) Provide an IP67 or IP68 wiring device for connecting the external power input with the power cord of the lamp body.
5) The power cord adopts three-core sheath line, which requires waterproof power cord certified by VDE.
Installation process of buried lamp
1) After the foundation is solidified, connect the external power supply with the power cord of the lamp body with the own IP68 junction box.
2) Fix the lamp body assembly and the embedded parts with screws.
3) Fix the panel on the lamp body assembly with screws.
4) After the above operations are confirmed, turn on the power supply.
